Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Quilt Scouts. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Options and Fees

• Monthly Subscription: A subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each subscription month and will grant you access to all restricted content within the Quilt Scout member site for one month, including access to the member forum, free downloads, and restricted shop items such as badges, for one month.
• Yearly Subscription: A subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each subscription year and will grant you access to ll restricted content on the Quilt Scout member site for one month, including access to the member forum, free downloads, and restricted shop items such as badges, for one year.
• Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice from Quilt Scouts.
• All fees are due in full and payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

2. Registration and Account Security

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Quilt Scouts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Auto-renewal and Cancellation

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel your subscription, you must log into your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, or contact our support team at [email protected].
• If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.

4. Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If Quilt Scouts significantly fails to provide the subscribed service, you may request a partial refund for the period during which the service was unavailable.

5. Use of Service

• Quilt Scouts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

• Quilt Scouts reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Quilt Scouts site or the service itself.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the services provided shall remain the property of Quilt Scouts.
• You agree not to duplicate, replicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by Quilt Scouts.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Quilt Scouts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Quilt Scouts has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado State without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Quilt Scouts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
