Requirements

• Identify a quilt show you would like to enter. This can be a local, regional, national, or virtual show. Review all entry guidelines, deadlines, and categories to find the best fit for your quilt.
• Choose an existing quilt or create a new one to submit. Ensure the quilt adheres to the size, style, and other specifications of the show.
• Document the inspiration behind your quilt, the techniques used, and any challenges faced during its creation.
•  Ensure your quilt is finished and meets all show requirements.
• Label your quilt with relevant information, including your name, quilt title, and a brief description for the show.
•  Complete the submission process, which ma involve submitting photos, filling out forms, and/or delivering the quilt to the show organizers.
• Attend the quilt show to view your work on display alongside other quilters’ projects.
• Celebrate your achievement by sharing your quilt show submission journal with the Quilt Scouts community.
